Malicious command

Somehow I think this has been asked before but I tried to find the thread and came up with nothing.
So here it goes, what Exactly does this mean:

mTnlSirl^big_bird^egypt ! | Clientnum: 23 | IP: 41.205.111.24 - tried to use malicious command
broadcast: print "mTnlSirl^big_bird^egypt ! kicked for malicious behaviour\n" 

Is it something along the lines of him trying to spawn a uboat? Or is it something completely different?
And, above all, could it be harmless? As in, could it be a false positive? If not, I'll know I can ban people for it.

As far as I remember they try using commands like wuss, dog, etc.

he tried to use commands such as: give, tele, fullheal, wuss, noclip, dog, health, giveweapon

no need for banning, imho kick is enough, his commands won't take effect anyway.

I had this happen in my server. the guy came back in laughing said he tried to use DOG just to see if it worked.
