'Good luck & have fun' message

I've had a few players commenting that the 'Good luck & have fun' message obscures the crosshair, would it be possible to reposition it slightlly lower?

We don't have that message in our patch. We have:

Welcome %s, have fun!

where %s is players name. This shows only for a second and only right after connection or map change, so it hides even before player picks up a weapon.. Maybe this is your mod or something?

This may be the adminpro (if you're using it in conjunction with out patch).
