Try this server.cfg file. I'm running the mod on a Reborn 1.12 server, everything works except for the vehicles. For some reason, all threads run except for the jeeps, tanks, flak88s, and nebelwerfers. I'm not sure why either yet. If for whatever reason I can't get them to work, I have a separate drivable tanks/vehicles and flak88 mods, just no nebelwefers.

I finally got everything working including the vehicles. Pretty dumb simple solution lol, you need at least 2 people in the server for it to work. Make sure they've both made an account, both are logged in, and alive on opposite teams. Steps below:
First rename "zzz-base_assault_v1-1_planes.pk3" file to "zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz-base_assault_v1-1_planes.pk3". (maybe optional, but this forces this mod to load after all other .pk3s)
Run the MOHAA Reborn 1.12 "MOHAA_server.exe" and type "exec server.cfg". When you join, you'll know it's working when you see large black and white text boxes on the screen.
Open console and type in "scmd rew_reg account password" (change account and password when you're done testing). Then type in "scmd rew_login account password".
Here's the important part: if you see "Waiting for Players" under the yellow scoreboard, then the entire mod isn't loaded in yet. You need a 2nd player, or at least a 2nd computer.
Have the 2nd player log in, open console, type in "scmd rew_reg account2 password", then type in "scmd rew_login account2 password".
"Waiting for Players" is at last replaced with the map time limit, and all vehicles are now driveable.

Inside this .pk3 version:
added a green light for the ammodrop boxes (line 41 in global/AA/ammodrop.scr),
made the boxes give players all weapons with "wuss" (line 136 in global/AA/ammodrop.scr),
when explosives are planted a red light shines around them (line 382 in global/BAS/baseassault.scr).
If you want to change the light colors, I gave the line numbers above to change them in Notepad++. Or in Notepad, search " light " with the spaces.
Turns out both flying planes and base assault had more incompatibities. The planes forces the g_statefile to be "nangle_aa" while the base assault mod forces the g_statefile to be "modok".
Only way to get them both to work is to combine both nangle_aa_torso.st (planes) and modok_torso.st (base assault), but that may cause some other stuff not to work.
Try this Elgan planes .pk3. Delete the old one.
If there's any bugs that you find, describe them here and I'll try to fix them.
EDIT: If that didn't work, there's one more fix.
In your server.cfg, change seta g_statefile "global/AA/modok" to this below:

Do you know basic scripting? and by basic I mean just realise what a code do and copy it to a new script. Because it's not that hard, but you need to interpret the code, copy it and edit it before saving the new scr.
Eg. For Destroyed village you need to get the mohdm2.scr from the pak5. And add some lines, such us air strikes, planes, radios, etc.
