I think you would need to provide actual proof (screenshot/video) if you want an admin to take actions

if u check them on gametracker like 4 or 5 players are online for more than 1 day and 6 hours now, if they all are spectators all the time u can make some screenshots, and screenshot from gametracker with online time would be a good beginning
