MOHAA screen stutter

Hi,

I got a problem in MOHAA that the screen stutter sometimes.
I attached the picture in attachment. Flashing like this lines.

I have tried everything I can think of with no avail.
My Windows 10 x64.

What I noticed is if using com_maxfps 55, the issue disappears but then the game itself becomes laggy.

Any solutions?

Did you update your VGA recently? It lags because you're limiting the fps to 55. Try setting a higher number such as 60, 65, 70, etc and see what is the higher value you can use
