I keep losing the brush faces of an entire wall (+ windows) when I rotate a building.
I have replaced those brushes several times but they keep disappearing when I rotate the building at 30°.
When the building gets rotated back to 0° all of those faces reappear.
I am trying to replicate a true location so I do want this building at 30°.
Is there a fix to this?
Rotation can cause unwanted effects in moh Radiant. I would probably need to look at the map in Radiant to see what the likely cause is. Though the first port of call I would make is ensuring the wall is snapped to grid (ctrl+g) before rotating it to see if that helps.
Cheers Smithy, mate.
I always do "snap to grid".
Radiant seems to be ok with the 15° rotation and 90° rotation.
I'm sorry that I've been busy away from home lately but I do have an idea to simply remake that wall and rotate that alone without moving the entire floor of the building.
I'll try that when I have time and get back to you.
It is a rather big map so I guess that could also cause such problems.
