    I just tested.
The loodtool works just fine with default models. Tested it with models/static/wagon.tik and it generated a .lod file

But for some reason it doesn't work with custom models for me. I tested with 2 models. One made with Lightray and another made with Milkshape
When I try to spawn it, the model spawns in the coords "0 0 0" (It should spawn at "-4000 0 0", next to the player)
And if I try to spawn it after spawning a default model, it does spawn next to you, but the loodtool menu will keep showing the .skd name from the previous model, and the sliders won't change anything

I think there is something broken with the .skd and .skb files generated with Lightray and Milkshape, Or maybe there is a cvar that needs to be changed or something

@1337Smithy Have you tried generating lod files for custom models?

Found some tutorials on how to make LODs in Blender, don't know if it can export in mohaa's '.lod' format. Hope this helps still.
