I'm not sure how do you even expect this to work since player ID and name can always change, but getting it to work require one minute of using google, which shows you that syntax is:

Just put this in autoexec if u are using mohaa, autoexec2 if u are using mohsh,mohbt.

bind mouse3 "rconpassword <rconpassowrd here> clientkick <client id here>"
bind F1 "rconpassword <rconpassowrd here> clientkick <client id here>"
bind INS "rconpassword <rconpassowrd here> clientkick <client id here>"

ok look there is some players use some hacks like loader
and this aimbot you must press button insert (INS) in the keyboard to open it
so i need to make this button kick who use this hacks out the server, got it ?
