mohaa_server high network usage

i have made a homeserver with simple mods a few days ago

everything was going perfect

suddenly all pings went 200+ players keeps teleporting

i opened task manager to see whats wrong i found this

mohaa_server usually takes 1%-2% network resources

if you have a good internet you can set to 2500, if not you have to set to lower.

my internet upload speed is 1.5 mbps what is the best value for maxrate?

i set it to 20000 i see it works fine
