As far as I can deduce from this little information, it seams that you have a variable or contents that is being extracted which is Not A Number (nan) but is expected to be a number.

i remember VSP processor was written in a certain PHP version and you need to convert it to the most recent version or use the old PHP version.https://github.com/evilru/quake3-vsp-stats
