Most problems with sharking appear when you use custom state files, or go full retard way where you make reborn_pak8 to not load as last. Simplest solution is using latest reborn_pak8. I uploaded to you mine.

Try do do a search on the forums next time. There are so many threads regarding this glitch, and I am pretty sure it work for all aa\sh\bt versions of the game.
Take a look at this pak file: http://www.x-null.net/patch/pak8.zip
You'll need to look at the mikestorso.st file

You can also try this script:

Ok, I'm retarded, he posted in BT section. For BT you might want to try nightfall. Dunno tho if RyBack implemented reborn anti-shark.

As I mentioned in my 2nd post, try opening the pk3 file and just take the stuff from reborn_pak8.pk3 (global folder) mikestorso.st and implement it into BT. I don't have BT, but if you need me or someone to do it, just post the mikestorso file from BT on here so we can modify it for you.
I also posted another script that should be able to be implemented within AA/SH/BT just execute it from a map or dmprecache and I think you should be fine.
You can also do what Ryback mentioned above.
