i just found out what is causing the issue.
i installed MOH Warchest (Origin version) and i was getting the same error when compiling.
after some testing i noticed MBuilder was using the "mainta" folder as if was the "main" folder
then i checked the "deckgrate_set1" shader (the grill texture) inside general_industrial.shader in both main and mainta folders, and they are a little bit different to each other
this is the "deckgrate_set1" shader in the "main" folder

as you can see, that difference of 1 single line is what is causing the issue, and i suppose all other shaders are different too
so to fix this just rename the "mainta" folder to "_mainta" before compiling and everithing will be ok. (or install AA only in another directory)
