    try this I know it works used it on a 3rd person server to stop a-holes from getting under maps add to map scripts or make a script from them and exec it from dmprecache.scr

    I putted this into maps scripts in my map route and now everything works like a charm.

    btw double check this one on V2 tube ladder I don't know if this was the first one I did or the second one if it's the first one you need to lower the origin down 1 because the first one would kill player at bottom of ladder even if not sharking.
