Show my public server help!!

Good evening, I wish I had your help in something that intrigues me a lot! I have the open ports of my computer to create a mohaa server to the public with the public IP and I need to know how I can make it appear and they can enter the list of mohaa servers. (do I have to change any parameters?) How to configure the master server cvars
