    Default [RELEASE] MoH:AA - Gun Game

    There is, the gun game mode for MoH:AA!


    I forgot that I made this mod a while ago and have never released it, I decided to tweak it a little bit more and release it.

    For those who doesn't know,what is Gun Game?
    Gun Game is a game type where you start with a gun and award a new gun each kills until you reach the last gun and win by killing. You revert to the previous gun if you get bashed (and if the settings permits it).

    How to install?
    Put the settings folder, the zzz_gt-gungame.pk3 file, and eventually if you want the mod to be active for all maps, the zzz_gt-gungame-allmaps.pk3 file in the "main" folder of the game, like "C:\MOHAA\main". Start a server with the reborn patch on mohdm7, gun game will now be active.

    The settings for the game mode are available in "settings/gungame.txt", there is a documentation for each settings.
    The game mode can also be disabled by setting "g_gungame" to "0", and "1" to re-enable.

    Known bug with Linux version of patch.

    . inventory command has issues.

    Was fixed ages ago but the update was never released. Same as the getdate issue.

    I updated the mod, by using a really dirty, very disgusting solution to avoid the inventory command, should fix the crash now.

    Nah bro, I'd fix the linux binaries instead

    Seems working fine for now, but there is problem to choose the previous weapon , how this done ?

    You said you can revert to the previous gun by getting bashed , so you mean to bash someone or what?

    No he means if you get bashed you revert to previous gun.

    The aim of the game is to go through all guns, killing someone to iterate through the list until you have been through all weapons and get a kill with the final weapon.
    Having a player choose a previous weapon is not in the manner of the game, Why would anyone lose on purpose?
