I have in my possession a modified mohaa.exe by an fYCmember from 2003. The modification was done for a local commercial LAN Party company. What it does is prevent any modifications to the game's settings, preventing the player from modifying any settings. Yes, you can modify the config.cfg if the OS allows rights. Though, in a mohaa patch perspective... this will prevent any toggables from taking place once in the game.

Not sure if this would be of any use. I didn't think it would hurt to ask.
