I am afraid not, Japanese keyboard is a key for a character, Korean keyboard is a key for a symbol which can be used to make up a character. Chinese keyboard is a little bit complicated, depends on which area. In mainland China, normally ppl use pinyin or wubi to input, in Taiwan, ppl use Cangjie, etc. The input methods above are 2 types in common, one is making up symbols for a character, another is making up by pronunciation(English keyboard is enough for this).
