P.S---> change the c:\programfiles (x86)\EAGAMES\MOHAA\MOHAA_server.exe to the location u have the mohaa_server.exe on your pc

Why don't you just download the dedicated server files we provided you with from the main forum?
We have a download link for *nix and Windows and it's ready to launch out of the box. If that doesn't work, it's not a problem with the game, it's a problem with your network or your friends network configuration. Every router is different so it will be difficult to troubleshoot it.
If you don't know what to do, google your router info and pull up the manual. I'm sure it will explain how to port forward ports and then just follow the instructions Slimbips posted and you should be fine. The only other thing it could be is the antivirus software has it blocked or some 3rd party firewall.
