how to fix your slow server message, or you can remove it?
as the round starts again I get 5 to 10 seconds

It is most likely caused by mods you are using.
There might be heaps of mods all starting at the same time, slowing down the server.
Or could be mods producing a large quantity of script errors.
Try removing mods ONE at a time , until the problem goes away and then you have found the mod causing the problem.
Or Enable server logging and look at logfiles when the server starts.

if you delete this, I am afraid that it is visible only
on my pc.ik do not know if that can be applied all the server side
clients that are in your server's slow server logo no longer see or get.
what I've noticed is if I add this line to seta sv_cl_maxpackets "100"
in server.cfg that the slow server that the logo of 10 seconds instead of there,
only 2 or 3 seconds is visible when the round starts over again,
or if the first client I have the PC restarts and I joined that.
Regarding the first link , removing the script shader is clientside only and cant be done just to the server, so its abit redundant.
If you look through the mod posted there you might find a way to disable it serverside.
But the server slow message could just mean you have a high ping on the server and thats its takes alittle longer to send all the map info to you.

cl_maxpackets is clientside , not serverside , and its just set cl_maxpackets , theres no sv_cl_maxpackets .
What is does is it waits for 100 packets to come through before sending information back. I think anyway.
But from experience it will actually raise your ping slightly, but your ping will be alot more stable and not fluctuate as often.
Is this a local server or hosted somewhere ??
What is your ping at when you join ??
Most servers will lag alittle when starting a new map. But once its loaded, each new round is faster at loading , because most of the information is already loaded from previous rounds.
