Hey sorry been out of town for a wedding, so I'm catching up on some reading. So we have a repo for pk3's now? I know we were talking about it. I just haven't read up to that yet I guess.

Yep, we have a Git repo (check out the announcement), and we should be building ultimate .pk3 there.

Sorry that I'm out of loop here, but, basically, using this system we add the files we think should be in the reborn pk3 and these get evaluated in the end?

That is correct. We will go ahead and test everything out to make sure it works and that there aren't any conflicts and that it includes as many fixes to things that aren't fixed in the dll. So things like the updated landshark, the nade fix that we are currently debugging, and anything else you come across.

GIT as well as SVN is a Revision Control System.

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Revision_control

We should start using it as often and as much as we can. This helps in organizing stuff and makes development faster. If you changed something, you commit the changes, other devs can immediatley get the changes and evalute them.

Is anyone up to adding anything or are we waiting for me completing the repo with needed files?

I will try to add some stuff... it's gonna have to be done from my linux machine. It's a pain to get GIT setup on Windows.
