I was looking into the logs to see if the server updated right and noticed that the server checks for updates at every map change even though sv_updatedelay is set at 12. (map changes every hour) It shows from the logs that the updatedelay is set as the amount of hours between the last update and the new check. And not between the last check and the new check.

I do not think it matters much for the server, but it is a bit confusing now
