Nodraw Issues on Allied Assault

The problem is that any wire, or grill that has one side textured as "Nodraw" becomes invisible after the compile on Allied Assault. This issue doesn't seem to be a problem on Spearhead or Breakthrough just allied assault. It also doesn't seem to be a individual texture problem as any texture, that has a side with nodraw does this (only one I found that didn't was "secfence"). You can see on past custom maps such as "lol Clifftop" or stock maps like V2 or Stalingrad other mappers have been able to compile maps with nodraw and no error so I was wondering what may be wrong with my map or my mbuilder?
