Server.cfg leads to crash! others don't.

Hello,
So it happened to me more than once, ONLY ON LINUX BINARIES, both MOHAA and SPEARHEAD.
Where I 2 cfgs one makes mohaa crash on mapchange and the other doesn't,
IDK what's the reason so maybe someone here knows ?
Is it CRLF related issues ?
